About Us

The Technion Israel Institute of Technology, founded in 1912, is Israel's flagship science and engineering university, home to four Nobel laureates, 18 faculties, and over 60 research institutes. The Technion develops the engineering backbone of Israel's aquaculture sector from advanced water treatment and RAS engineering to sensor technologies and environmental monitoring for fish farms. CAMERI (Coastal and Marine Engineering Research Institute) is mutually owned by the Technion and the Israel Ports Company (IPC).
