Biotic manufactures fully bio-based, fully biodegradable PHBV (PHA) polymers as commodities, using marine biomass as feedstock for our precision fermentation process, targeting to replace fossil-based plastics. Biotic withholds a scalable, circular solution, from widely available marine biomass (using no treated water nor arable land), through the pre-treatment process (achieving high optimized process with valuable byproducts), to the production of the final polymer (using saline water and green extraction techniques), contribute to the ability to achieve the target. Our polymers are a drop-in solution to existing production lines, and fully biodegrade in any environment.
